Front Office Problem After Spbuilder Update

Hello On this site, I can't upgrade from SPBuilder 3.8.10 to 5.7.2 on J 4.4.13 or J 5.3.2. The back office is OK, but there's a problem with the front office (see attached images).
I tested before and after updating Joomla with SPBuilder 5.5.7, 5.7.1, and 5.7.2.

Error is not from SPPB or template. That URL works > www.gitelatramejane.com/5/index.php and all menu links.
Please contact Hosting Support for details about Error 500 in your case.
Maybe it's a problem with .htaccess on root folder, server security settings or something else. Error Log investigation is needed.
