Custom.scss Doesn't Work.

Good evening. custom.scss doesn't work. Luxyort template installed. No custom-compiled.css file is created in the css folder. Compile SCSS to CSS button ON. Installed a new template Joomla 4, Helix Ultimate 2.0.13, Luxyort template V2.0.1.
