Mistake In Modal Popup

Hi, I found a mistake in the Modal Popup. If I copy/paste from Word or a txt file in the Modal with a Smiley in it, the page crashes with 404. If I remove the Smiley, the page works fine again. Is this a known problem? Cheers, Frans

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. If you copy text from Word file or somewhere then some junk code is included with this text that's why the problem occurred.
