Modal Popup Link

Using the Delacroy template.

On the home page there is a modal popup. Is there a way of opening a link instead of a popup? I would like to set a mailto email address as the link.

It's the large white circular button.

As I know only Modal addon has that animation (ripple-effect), but if you know CSS Basics you can add similar effect to every element on your site (as Custom CSS with Custom Class Name)

But it will look different? I want it to look exactly as it does now, with the circle animation.

The design will be changing. If you need to keep the same design, you should follow the current CSS code with your new icon add-on. I hope this helps. Thanks!
