Helix 2.* Vs 3.* Downloads

Hi,
I was attempting to find documentation for Helix Framework v3.0.4; which is used by the Startup Biz template, but I am presented with 404 - Documentation not found. I am using the link from within the Helix 3 template style administrator's page.
Additionally, I noticed the odd alert shown below on the Helix 3 webpage even though there is a Joomla 4 Quickstart Pack available for download. Could we please get some clarifications with regards to the pros/cons of each, especially with regards to the noted alert. Helix Ultimate is still v2.0.13 so it seems a bit odd that that is being recommended over a newer version.

Accepted Answer- Helix3 - was used in the past, few years back, right now it gets only urgent fixes, no new features etc.
- Helix Ultimate = template + framework plugin (new, current template framework)
Is now all clear?

this sentence from documenation is full right, for NEW project use Helix Ultimate v2.0+
Helix Framework project was started a long time ago, there were v1, II, Helix3 and now we have Helix Ultimate.
Helix3 =/= Helix Ultimate are totaly different frameworks, like Windows XP and Windows 10.

Are you implying that Helix 3 is defunct and therefore, irrelevant? We should use Helix Ultimate or the associated plug-in instead?
