The appointment page appears under pages in the interface. Please let me know of any changes you can make. the site has now been snapshotted back to its unchanged state with the appointment section

I have checked your site backup. The appointment form from SP Medical works fine. But your overridden file has issues. You have added this file to customize the view.

templates/shaper_medico/html/com_spmedical/appointments/default.php

As I said, I am getting this error in the old version of the site. I already replaced this file with the old one.

as I understand it, the error comes from the visitorip section of the database and this is a part that has already been added and has never been touched by us. <title>Error: 1265 Data truncated for column &#039;visitorip&#039; at row 1</title>

Please check your overridden file. Hopefully you will get the solution.
