Mobile & Tablet Layout Options Missing

Hi

i cant find where the column options for setting tablet and mobile layout columns has gone for example here is the option in a older version of sp builder

and in newer version its gone or moved?

Please select the device icon from the topbar and then resize your column as per your need.

Yes thank you..

But its very tedious and the widget to shrink the columns inside row dissapears when the mouse goes over it in mobile view mode so i cant apply the width..
Is there a place i can enter the columns percentage values manually
