Contact Form NOT WORKING

Hello,

I imported a block from your SP Page Builder Pro library. Inserted the Contact Us form and I keep getting an error saying "email sent failed".

I have verified that the email from Joomla is working using the config test mail feature. No problem there.

However, our form is simply not working. Can you confirm what is going on? I've entered all the info as required in the form field settings.

Would be great if someone got back to me soon.

Hello thanks for the response. Before we even go further, can you tell me if the forms connect to the Joomla user db so that when a person enters a form and submits, that it gets added directly to the joomla user list?

It does not work like this way. The Registration Form works this way. When a user fills up an SP Page Builder form, then both you and user will get an email. Contact form is used while the user wants to send a message.
