Problems with SP Page Builder Pro 5.0.8 PRO

Asked by BEATRIZ JIMENEZ GONZALEZ 3 years ago Last activity 3 years ago

Dear friends,

I've just got the SP Page Builder Pro 5.0.8 (from now on "SP PB") for Joomla and I found with the following problems:

  1. It is not compatible to PHP 8.2 version which is the current version used by Joomla. I had to downgrade to 8.0, which in turn is going to be obsolette next November.
  2. There is no option to hide the page's name created in "SP PB".
  3. When trying to delete a multimedia file it sends a error message and the file is not deleted.
  4. After adding items to library elements then saving the page, it sends a error message and the page is not saved.

-BTW- The buttons to attach images and links don't work : they show this: " "

Regards,

Beatriz

Hi Beatriz!

Thanks for reaching out to us.

  1. In general SPPB should be compatible with PHP 8.2. Which template you are using there? Maybe that conflicts
What actually happens with PHP 8.2? Is there any error statement appears?
  2. Where to hide the page name, let me have a screenshot, please.
  3. Error statement needed.
  4. Error statement needed.

You can upload your image to your onlline server/drive and then share just the link with us. You may consider any free online tool either, such as lightshot, imgur, etc.

Note: You can try to update your SP Page Builder Pro to 5.0.9 first to see if it helps!

Best Regards
