0 Class “SppagebuilderHelperintegratiions” Not Found

Hello,
I have SP Page Builder Po Version 3.8.10 in my Joomla version 3.10.12 of https://copy.ulattime.com/ and I am getting this error message:
"Error An error has occurred. 0 Class “SppagebuilderHelperintegratiions” not found Return to Control Panel"
Since I cannot access the backend of my Joomla site, can I download it in my File Manager or thru my Database to get it to work or maybe I can just delete the SP Page Builder file from the File Manager and just reinstall it? What do you think? Thank you.

Yes, you can do this. Remove SP Page Builder from
- administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder
- components/com_sppagebuilder
- plugins/system/sppagebuilder
- plugins/system/sppagebuilderproupdater
Then install the latest version on the site. Hopefully, it will fix your issue.
If you have SP Page Builder modules, then keep a backup of those. It will be erased while you uninstall or remove SP Page Builder.

I followed these protocols above but nothing happened. I also downloaded and reinstalled the latest SP Page Builder Pro but same result: "Error." If I download Gazette Version: 2.0.1 Download Version 2.0.1 01 Nov 2021, will it be an upgrade when it shows “01 Nov 2021”? I have shaper_gazette Template 2.0.1 Oct. 2018. But I will only buy the Gazette Template if you can get it to work. But make sure the one that what I will buy will also be compatible to Joomla 4. Right now, I am still using Joomla version 3.10.12. Attached is my backend info. Thank you.

Please check the component Convert Forms. This is creating the issue.
