Webp As Template Logo

Hello,

I made a site for a friend with a template from you. In template option i can choose the logo. I would like to use a webp image but in this isn´t show. Can i use a webp image as logo in your templates?

template rythm

backend - system - site template stile rythm - template options - basic - logo - logo type image select - navigate to folder - see all images (png, jpg, gif) but no webp

Sorry, this feature is not available. You cannot use webP format image in the logo option.

Hi Stefan,

Try those methods:

  1. Read tip 22. ( https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/customization-tips#how-to-add-webp-image-type-support ) - and then try to choose .webp again
  2. Or using FTP tool rename image extension from logo.webp to logo.png - for Joomla it would be .png but whole inside is still .webp, right.
