i have yesterday become many errors at my site

i dont have update or change anything, i think thats maybe the webhosting account make the errors, i have orderd tonight a new server and install the akeeba backup at new server, there are the same erros :(i have at moment many ads pay for my site and many people come to my site but its dont working ;(

Accepted Answerand at the old webspace are the same erros, for this i think i take a new server only for this site.
the erros come from alone, nobody have update, install or change something at the site

- Helix II - is very old template(not ready for new PHP versions), as webmaster you should consider template migrate in next weeks (days).
- In Plugins disable plugin with name "shortcodes" probably you don't use it as well.
- By now: In System - Global Configuration - Server - Error Reporting: None - Save

Accepted Answeri am not programmer or linux admin :) i can install a site, install moduls and templates and i can configure joonla, but i dont know from what come this error and we can i fast fix it :(

Accepted Answer- What PHP version you have now: PHP 7.1, PHP 7.2, PHP 7.3 ?
If before you had PHP 7.1 or PHP 7.2 - keep this same "older" version by now, before template migration. If now you have PHP 7.4 or PHP 8.0 - set PHP 7.2 or PHP 7.1. You can choose / set in hosting cPanel.
