Error Message Constantly When Editing SP Page Builder Pages

Is anyone else getting constant 500 or 403 errors when using SP PB?
The message says to talk to the host, they say server working fine.
This has gotten so bad that google isnt indexing the pages because this also happens on the frontend when people are browsing my site.
Are there any typical or suggested checks?
Using Joomla 4, latest version of SP PB
Any input is appreciated.

Accepted AnswerHello again, thanks for the suggestions but these are not even close to the error I am getting with SP BP4.
When trying to edit using the frontend editor, I am getting this error -
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

When I refresh the page with the error, it directs me to the SP BP4 frontend login and then works fine. However, this error shows up all the time in unexplainable ways and even my website visitors are reporting this error. My host providers says the server is fine that it is your software causing this. Can you please help! This has been weeks of problems and google index is penalizing my size because of all the errors.

See below the exact message I get. This happens spradically when I am jumping from the Joomla backend module interface, and selecting the SP Page Builder button. As it is changing from Joomla module to SP Page Builder interface, I get this message - it happens almost 50% of the time and is a major problem.

My service provide says it is not their system. I am not 100% because I do not have the experience.
I feel it has to do with cache, perhaps htaccess, or index php. I really hope someone can help because this is also affecting my front page and users are reporting similar error messages. This has literally taken a profitable ecommerce to zero.
Can someone offer some help?
