error 500 when upgrading from php 8.0 to php 8.1

Best regards, initially I posted my problem on the Joomla forum, but they indicate that there is a problem in Helix Ultimate when moving from php 8 to php 8.1

My configuration is Joomla 4.3.4 - Helix Ultimate

The curious thing about the case is that I have a practically the same website, with the same configuration but on another hosting, I even have a clone under PHP 8.2 and it works well

Based on this part maybe your server blocked to load the files properly.

Please upgrade the PHP version & provide me the FTP access.

You didn't upgrade the PHP version. That's why the error doesn't appear.

I just updated to php 8.1

Keep in mind that it is a clone of the original site, therefore, I ask you the favor of once you have located the damage and the solution, tell me to proceed to solve it at the production site.

Before connecting, in your ftp manager use the encryption option - use only "insecure" plain ftp

Well, I just got a tremendous surprise, I don't know if it was because I applied the latest Helix update but the site is working under PHP 8.1. I really didn't expect that, but hey, it seems to have been fixed thanks to that update.

In any case, thank you very much for your kind attention and collaboration.
