Helixultimate - Php Ver 8.0 Or 8.1 Error: Count(): Argument #1 ($value) Must Be Of Type Countable|array, Null Given

Hello, I use the template Helixultimate with Joomla! 4.2.7 and would like to change the PHP version from 7.4 to 8.0 or higher. There is a login for the members area on the website www.amazing-piperazzi.de .

As long as I don't log into the protected area under PHP 8.0 or higher, everything is fine.

If I log in, the page is also available. However, after logging out, I receive the error message and can no longer access the page.

I can only access the page again after I have reset PHP to 7.4 at my provider.

Is there a solution here?

Thanks

Christian

I have modified this file: templates/shaper_helixultimate/html/mod_login/default.php

It is fixed now. Please check your site.

Hello Christian Stommel

Please switch to PHP 8.0 where the issue occurs. Then share your administrator access and the issue page link here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

Best regards

Hallo Ofi!

Have you had a chance to look at the problem? Your account for the site has been extended to "Super User" as requested.

Since the site is currently not accessible with PHP 8, I would like to reset the PHP version to 7.4 in the next few days and make the site accessible again!

Best regards

Christian

You are welcome 😊

I have a humble request. It would be very kind of you if you can manage some moment to give us feedback on

  1. Joomla Extension Directory
  2. TrustPilot

This will inspire us to improve.
