Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. Then I will be able to check your issue.

You have shared the JPA format file. Please share a ZIP format backup taken with Akeeba Backup. First, go to Akeeba Backup -> Control Panel and then set backup file type ZIP. Then take the backup and share the file. I will immediately check your issue.

The developer team has fixed the issue locally. You have installed SPPB RC version. Thus updating the version created the issue somehow. It is fixed now. Please download this backup and install on your server.
