ONEPAGE Template Menu

using ONEPAGE template, how to get the MAIN menu moving from BOTTOM to TOP position (same as quickstart demo)? In quickstart i move from bottom (in HOMEPAGE) to top (choosing other pages), resizing it's height.

I can't do the same. Thanks
