Hi,

There were some points and suggestions like:

do you have RSfirewall component installed, it damage iframe code by default.

These steps also presented there:

Find & Download: HDAnyCode module

Put your iframe code inside, make sure it's W3C validated

Publish module in sppagebuilder position

Then use that module inside Module addon

No problems, I promise

Did you check and try them all ?

Best Regards

If I may....

Sometimes it's not possible to display site using iframe, some sites are secured from iframes. That's why always test with 3 different domains to be sure.

I hope you know that youtube clips are also based on iframe.

In general - iframe problems are beyond JoomShaper support. It's Joomla, Domain or Security topic.

Use that Joomla Menu item "Wrapper" type first - with your domain URL for iframe

It will tell you - if you can or not iframe that specific URL.

This Joomla Menu type use iframe to display content from URL.

Hello Paul, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, everything didn't work. The iframe is displayed to me in the browser's developer environment. However, it is not directly visible on the page. The website that should be displayed is a subdomain of my website. I'm desperate. Best regards Tobias

if you cannot display it even thru Joomla Menu Iframe wrapper:

  1. Ask/check on forum.joomla.org
  2. Contact with hosting support - it can be settings in cPanel

Our JoomShaper help ends here for obvious reasons.
