How do you switch pages in the front end of Page Builder 5? Once upon a time it was an option to add pages and switch pages from the icon-menu bar. The only options I see are Addons, Layers, Layouts, Media, Options. The three dots in a circle (at the top right of the page) offers no way to switch or add pages.

It would be nice to not have to exit and open the backen up again to switch pages. If there is a link, I can't find it and I need someone to show me where it is.
