I had this problem before and after a reply from a developer, I thought it was just that now (https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/1824). There is a big screen connected to a Surface. But please look at the screenshots: The first picture shows the homepage of my friend (https://prnt.sc/10uv7wu). Here I was told that this is normal responsive design. On the second screenshot we made the window a bit smaller (https://prnt.sc/10uv8vr). But if I make the comparison with another website (screenshot 3: https://prnt.sc/10uv9p6), then something can't be right with my friend's homepage. Both sites are created with Helix Ultimate and SP Page Builder. For the first page I used partly the layout bundle "Interior". What can I do so that the first page is displayed normally? On the pictures you can see, there can be something wrong...
