Form Builder Not Sending Email

I am using SPPagebuilder 3 form builder. I have checked and double checked all fields and options. Yet, when I test the form, and click the button, nothing comes through to my email as it is set up as the recipient email. What am I missing?

I have the same issue as well, i have done test emails within joomla itself and i get php email sends and sendmail tests.

When i dont get any error message, i dont get sucess message and nothing is sent through SPPbuilder3

I have a full back up
