Backend Pagebuilder - Saved Items - Addons Not Working

Article editor - Backend editor: Saved items in the addons section in the backend editor cannot be used. It will not insert. It works in front end.

In front end it is three clicks away - surely saved items should be easier to reach as it is a way to simplify workflow
