No Addons were Displayed Under Saved Items?

When i am building pages no addons were displayed under saved items? I get the message "Sorry, we couldn't find any results" I am using template Shaper_helixultimate 2.2. and sppb 6.1.2

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes

Also, please add a screenshot of your issues.
