Hi. I am trying to export and save some of the items as explained in this article : https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-4/export-import-and-save-for-later-use

I tried to make one page with my saved items and export it and also I have tried to export one by one Item but no success I get the error:
