Menu Items Not Saving After Joomla 4 Upgrade

On the web site www.christianretreats.live I am unable to change the Contact menu from a BreezingForm form to a single Contact - Retreat Leader. I tried to create a new menu item called Contact Us but this did not save or display in the front end. The login details are below if you could please take a look.

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Tried to login site administrator area. But, no success. Your assistance will be great to login in administrator area.
