Can't Change Offcanvas Background Color On Tablet

Hi,

I modified the background color of the offcanvas menu in the template options and added css. The background-color is white only on tablet and should be #243A32. it is correct on other mobile views, but i am unable to change the tablet view of the offcanvas color.

I don't know why, but it took awhile for my changes to show. I went back to it an hour later and it was working. My ipad must not have been reloading.
