Hi Beam,

1. What SPPB Version you have installed?
2. SPPB 3.8 works only in Joomla 3.10 and Joomla 4.4 (!)
3. Only SP Page Builder 5.1.6 works in Joomla 5.x. If you have older version you have to update component or downgrade Joomla from 5.0 to Joomla 4.4, otherwise we cannot help for obvious reasons.

I renewed my previous package?? Does this I have to Re- purchase AGAIN to get the upgrade? I thought by renewing - I'd get the latest version?
