Hello there,
Thanks for contacting us.
Please make sure you have enter your email and license key in the SPPB settings:
https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/how-to-tips#how-to-add-the-license-key-and-activate-pro-feature
You may check the following troubleshooting points too:
https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/troubleshooting#i-cannot-load-page-templates-and-or-sections-library-or-use-front-end-editor-span-class-h4-br-span
I think there is a misunderstanding. We actually have two types of templates:
- Primary templates
- Page Templates/Layout bundles
Primary templates are available to download, but page templates are free with SP Page Builder Pro, can be found within the layout section of the SP Page Builder editor panel, and, are only available to export/import.
If you have downloaded and installed the SP Page Builder, then please go to the frontend editor of it and find it under Layout. Here is the supporting documentation: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-4/layouts
Page Template or Layout bundle can be found here: https://prnt.sc/MxW3EkNLDhTZ
Clicking on Layout will open up a popup so you can search there: https://prnt.sc/YGX1YuL2SWrH
And finally, you can select the desired page and import: https://prnt.sc/DpM3apFHClC3
Hope it is a bit clearer now.
Best Regards
