Hi I have just installed Investa template on a Joomla 4 quick start and am having two problems with the contact form.

1. When I add a field (Last Name) to the existing fields and following the same settings etc., the form gives an error whenever I try to complete the form (Match the requested format). I am selecting Text as the format and it won't accept anything.
2. If I remove this and just try to complete the form, it appears to work but doesn't send an email? I am using the same email address as the site for both sender and recipient. I have tried sending to alternate email addresses and this also doesn't work. I have checked that the emails are sending from the site using phpmail - all is working perfectly. So, what do I do to get the form to work?

I have seen other posts that say moving back to php 7.4 solves the problem - I have tried this and it doesn't help.
