In general it's not recommend to use native letters (Unicode) in URL alias. And believe me it has no significant effect on SEO.

In theory Joomla allows that for menu items: System > Global Configuration > Basic (Tab) > SEO > Unicode Aliases: Yes.

But we cannot promise you that it will be used in EasyStore categories and products if used beyond menu items. This was not planned by our developers yet.

Any progress with Turkish translation of EasyStore files? I remember that you wanted to start it.
