EasyStore Digital Product Feature W/ After Purchase Field/redirect, Notes Etc

Paid for Easystore and can't use it because of 5 basic missing features - this is feature 3 that is missing.
Nia claims that it can be done:
It seems that you are looking for setting up digital products in EasyStore. To set up digital products in EasyStore, please try the following steps:
Go to the EasyStore admin panel. Navigate to the 'Products' section. Create a new product. Set the product type to 'Digital'. Save the changes.
But I think Nia is smoking something - there is no such product type [there is not even a product type field ;( ]
Additionally, what we need is AFTER the purchase of a non shipping product [i.e. digital product like a class or training], that there are 1-2 fields: a redirect field to point to a new URL [like Zapier or something else], and a notes field and/or the ability to send a specific email to the customer.
HELP ?!

Please ignore Nia. It is still learning.
We do not have features for digital products. You cannot add or sell digital products through EasyStore. We will think about it in the future.

Accepted AnswerOK - thanks for that - please disable Nia - it is currently way more often wrong in giving answers than right ones... I have tested it quite a bit and the % of correct answers is very poor ;(
