Easystore - Digital Products

Is there any plan to be able to sell digital products like vouchers. We want to sell entrance tickets, vouchers for drinks, .... on our website.
For now it seems to be that people buy it online, and that we need to send an email ourselves with the tickets and/or vouchers to our customer.

Accepted Answerterrible answer, I've seen this requested by your customers numerous times on this forum. I have sites interested in this as well and tell them we have to use something else and not easystore

Too bad the patience soon will be turned into using another software, we really need this. To be exact, this is the only reason why we need a webshop.

Accepted Answeri should say i'm disappointed too. i sent them Hikashop zip files to analyze and adapt for Easystore (about multivendor, multicurrency, Colissimo...which need 2 years for this one to adapt) and their only answer is "not planned " or "we will need time to do it".

Accepted AnswerDownloadable products is a “must have” feature for a modern e-commerce solution. For EasyShop not to have this feature is a major mistake. I sell both physical as well as downloadable products so I hope you can persuade your management to develop this important and exciting feature in the near future.

We’ve already added it to our feature request list, and I hope it will be implemented soon. However, since I’m not part of the management team, it’s not something I can confirm or control directly.
At the moment, our team is focused on developing multilanguage and multi-currency features, along with several other improvements.

As long as easystore isn't able to develop the shop to meet the requirements of the tax authorities in Europe, including all tax laws and cross-border EU trade (for businesses without VAT - for private individuals with VAT), easystore will remain a "toy shop," where we customers are treated like guinea pigs and repeatedly put off for weeks, months, and possibly soon years.
I sent all the necessary legal regulations and links to Joomshaper support over four months ago.
