Inside logo column? If yes, change margin values that you already used in custom.css file.

.logo-image {
  margin-top: 20px;
  margin-left: 30px;
}

If in general inside header, you have to change logo and menu column grid. Now menu takes more space than logo column. Custom Header may be needed for that task. Helix Documenation lecture.
