EASY STORE RUNTIME ISSUE

Hello JS,

1. The Settings Tab of EasySore is displaying a runtime error:  [snipboard.io/oqD64u.jpg]


2. The Payment Gateways that worked before have all stopped

keeps freezing at checkout, looks like checkout does not connect to payment gateways: [https://snipboard.io/Rd8mI6.jpg]

please help, i am really under pressure right now.

that runtime issue has long been resolved by Frankowski, it's just a cache issue Toufiq, the only issue i have now is the payment gateways are not loading despite set up.

tho Frankowski said he has sent the isue to developers , pls help me follow up !

Hello Toufiq, please what is going on? so i have an active subscription for templates and extensions, i downloaded the ecommerce tempates containing EasyStore, the templates have issues with EasyStore , i have been on this space for support (which i am qualified for coz i have an active subcription) you guys have not resolved my issues and now you said i should update , how do i update when i dont have EasyStore subscription plsn? i only have template and extension access but the easy store templates are plagued with issues, why cant you guys just update the templates for me??

my template subscription has not expired , i dont have a budget for easy store subscription now , until my template subscription expires .

i honestly think asking me to purchase another subscription to fix issues that relates to the templates on an active subscription is not fair to say the least!!

please fix my issues
