I would like to request your urgent assistance regarding two critical issues we are currently experiencing in EasyStore.
These issues are directly impacting our clients' businesses and require immediate attention.
- Stock Management Issue
We have noticed a serious problem with stock control.
For example, when a product has a stock quantity of 4 or 5 units available, after a customer places an order for a single unit, EasyStore automatically sets the product stock to zero instead of deducting only the purchased quantity.
As a result, products become unavailable for purchase even though there is remaining stock available.
This behaviour makes it impossible to manage inventory correctly and is causing significant operational issues.
- Dashboard Statistics Not Working
We have also noticed that the EasyStore dashboard is no longer displaying sales and order statistics correctly.
All figures are currently showing as zero, despite orders being successfully placed through the store.
This makes it impossible for store owners to monitor sales performance and business activity through the dashboard.

Could you please investigate both issues as a matter of priority?
If required, we can provide administrator access, screenshots, videos, error logs, or any additional information needed to help identify the cause of the problem.
