Hello JoomShaper Support Team,

I would like to request your urgent assistance regarding two critical issues we are currently experiencing in EasyStore.

These issues are directly impacting our clients' businesses and require immediate attention.

  1. Stock Management Issue

We have noticed a serious problem with stock control.

For example, when a product has a stock quantity of 4 or 5 units available, after a customer places an order for a single unit, EasyStore automatically sets the product stock to zero instead of deducting only the purchased quantity.

As a result, products become unavailable for purchase even though there is remaining stock available.

This behaviour makes it impossible to manage inventory correctly and is causing significant operational issues.

  1. Dashboard Statistics Not Working

We have also noticed that the EasyStore dashboard is no longer displaying sales and order statistics correctly.

All figures are currently showing as zero, despite orders being successfully placed through the store.

This makes it impossible for store owners to monitor sales performance and business activity through the dashboard.

Could you please investigate both issues as a matter of priority?

If required, we can provide administrator access, screenshots, videos, error logs, or any additional information needed to help identify the cause of the problem.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

From our end, there is no issues like.

As requested, I have provided the temporary administrator credentials in the Hidden Content section of this ticket.

We have already taken a full backup of the website before granting access.

Could you please investigate the following issues:

  • Product stock quantities being incorrectly reduced to zero after an order is placed;
  • EasyStore dashboard statistics showing zero values despite orders being successfully processed.

These issues are currently affecting the daily operation of the store, so we would greatly appreciate your priority attention to this matter.

Thank you for the update and for preparing the patched build.

The stock issue is currently having a direct impact on the store's operation, as products are becoming unavailable immediately after orders are placed. Therefore, resolving this issue is our highest priority at the moment.

Before proceeding, could you please clarify what limitations or issues currently exist with manual order creation in this patched version?

If the impact is limited and does not affect normal customer purchases through the storefront, I would be happy for you to install the patched version on the website so that we can test the stock functionality and continue operating normally.

As a full backup has already been taken, please feel free to proceed once you have explained the scope of the manual order creation issue.

From my testing, everything else is working properly. The only known issue at the moment is that orders cannot be created from the backend admin panel.

I expect this issue to be fixed by tomorrow. If you need the stock fixes immediately, I can install the patched version on your site now and provide an updated build once the manual order creation issue has been resolved.

The temporary limitation regarding manual order creation from the backend is acceptable for us, as this functionality is rarely used and the stock issue is currently the more critical problem.
