Error after SP Page Builder upgrade

I was having an issue accessing multiple pages that was built with the SP Page Builder. After some research, i found that migrating to latest version of the plugin can resolve the issue. So i paid the last pro version and try to update the extension. Instead of resolving the issue, all my public pages are now inacessible. I have this error : Failed opening required '/customers/c/2/9/jveinternational.org/httpd.www/components/com_sppagebuilder/builder/classes/base.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') Can you help me ?
