Even though I have a pro version and entered the license code correctly, I cannot load any items. The buy symbol always appears. On other sites of mine, everything works without problems. What is wrong here?

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for your issue, Could you please Clear your Joomla and Browser cache then try again? It will work then hopefully.
