Errors After Upgrading To SP Page Builder Pro Business

Hi,
I am having these TWO errors after upgrading to SP Page Builder Pro Business -
Deprecated: Using ${var} in strings is deprecated, use {$var} instead in JROOT/templates/flex/sppagebuilder/addons/feature/site.php on line 322
Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property Helix3FeatureContact::$position is deprecated in JROOT/templates/flex/features/contact.php on line 17
Please help, this is urgent.

Those two errors are directly from FLEX template please contact with Aplikko developer.
We cannot help for free, this is NOT our template, they only used our products inside and override them. Joomshaper Support Policy 8.8.

You may be right with 2nd error
I think first error is related to SPPage Builder because the mentioned path is "sppagebuilder/addons" Isn't it?

Accepted AnswerNo, all those addons are OVERRIDED by template, look at the path: templates/flex/sppagebuilder/addons/
Many Flex template users have that same problem! You bought that template with their support!
As Free solution for 1st issue - just delete that site.php file

Accepted AnswerOh ok, I just checked and Flex has stopped providing support. I was told by Flex support in 2022 that their template is Joomla 4 friendly!
Technically can you suggest some solution meanwhile I find another good template? Which is a big job to shift to another template.
