I have checked your backend. You are using PHP 8.1 and Joomla 5 there. The Konstra template is not compatible with Joomla 5 yet. Would you please try with Joomla 4 and PHP 8.0 and let me know if it helps?

This happened on Joomla 4 and PHP 8.0. Everything worked without problems until I updated the builder to the latest version.

I tried it on different devices. It doesn't work for me and my friends. If I go to the mobile view it works there. After this, it starts working in the desktop version. As in the screenshots that I sent earlier
