SPPB Hiden Animation On Elemnts

When I create a new page in sppb5 and load the layout, there is an effect on some elements that is not visible in the code. Where is it hidden so I can remove it?
For example, the Energy layout includes an animation on the texts, where the text moves slowly up while scrolling the page. I don't see anything on the element itself in SPPB. So I can't remove the effect.

This is a transformation that is applied to an element that is inserted into a column and has an image in it. In SPPB I can apply a transform to an image and to a column, but nothing in between. When I look in devtools I see two more levels between the column and the image that I can't get to.
