Hi, Joom-Shaper Team, after several unsuccessful communications with your AI, which suggested strange, incorrect and non-existent settings, I have now found the small link to the forum here.

So: I have an existing website (SP-Pagebuilder, with about 100 users) on which I have set up the Easy-Store. Important: Each user profile contains only: last name, first name, boat name, mooring and e-mail address, password. Nothing else.

The customer - a yacht club - wants to give away a T-shirt or polo shirt (men/women, different colors and sizes) free of charge for each member. The ordered shirts will NOT be shipped, but picked up by the customer.

So far O.K. - but it does not work. When checking out, the address field (or better: both address fields, billing and delivery address) appears again and again. Yes, I have DISABLED both the address and the telephone number in the settings under "Checkout".

Even if I fill in the address field when checking out (the telephone number does not appear - correctly - at all), I cannot check out: the error message "Field 'phone' doesn't have a default value".

Strangely enough, your AI advised me to create the product type "Simple" and to skip the "Payment" at checkout. Both options does not exist :-)

//Edit: Checkout is succesfull, when I change the fields "Adress" and "Phone" as "optional". But this is not the way, I can offer to my customers, sorry. AND: NO LANGUAGE IS SHOWN IN SETTINGS (1.0.5). Only ENglish--- :-( //

Hi Klaus,

you've already received feedback from me via Facebook ;) One more thing: the address field in the settings ONLY applies to "Address field 2". It's not possible to deactivate the entire address in the settings.

Thank you , Martin! And-whow! Thx again for your great Translations! Unfortunately, deactivating the address and telephone number does not work at all, at least not in version 1.0.5 :-(
