Is tooltip for you is TITLE="text" for menu item links ?
If yes, by default is not available in Helix MegaMenu. This is not required by the accessibility rules. Blind people can navigate links with a screen reader. The reader then conveys only the content of the menu link. Much more important, therefore, is the Content of the link, which should clearly describe where it leads.
Or you thought about aria-label="text" ?? also not supported yet for MegaMenu.
