Missing Mobile Menu, Gazette Template

Hello, I am using the shaper_gazette template on my website. However, I have encountered a problem with the mobile menu. It does not appear on the screen when I access the site from my phone. Could you please assist me with this issue? I appreciate your help and support. Thank you.

Warning! Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.
I know what is wrong with settings probably, but I cannot change it.
BTW
Have you in Template Options > Layout > Header > Menu (position) hide it from mobile view?? If yes, you have the answer why [=] is not displayed!.
Extra tip, that CSS may be needed after
#offcanvas-toggler > .fa {color: #eee;}
