in Joomla Admin > Module manager > find Login module published on "top2" position, and disable it.

Thank you for answer, it was the first thing, what I did, but in "top2" position is only "Login" module - there is no module name "Sign Up"...

It include those two links that you see in top right area. So you can on/off or customize its code to make changes.

Remember that in Joomla in User Manager > Options you can disable Registration of new users. But I hope you know the Joomla basics already.

But, how to switch off only the Sign Up?

There is no possibility in this module.

Edit that file: templates\shaper_educon\html\mod_login\default.php

there is very simple html code inside, abc level.
