Something has messed up with my website without updating anything. You can see in the screenshot. in "Messed Up.png" file you can see how my menu looks. For a moment I thought I have updated something because I keep on updating the extenions I am using but when I am uploading my previous back up files it is showing the same. The font has become huge for article titles, the links has become underline, the colors have changed. May I know what should I do to fix this. I have couple of website back ups but when I replace my files with them it looks same. The most intersting part is this when I take a back up of my live site and run it on localhost it looks good. Why this issue is coming only on live site? It would be a great help if someone can suggest me where should I look into. Thanks

Hello Vikram Singh,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. Rest assured, I will look into this issue for you and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

It seems that the CSS file is not loading. You can check the site console for missing file. If you want me to check, then please share your administrator access here. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup before sharing.

Best regards

Sorry, I could not check it. It is somehow got fixed. It could be a cache issue.

Yes, you can update files. If it is not manually update, then just download the updated template file and install on the site.
