This is really serious. I recently update the SPPB from 5.2.3 to 5.2.4 and things went haywire. It started when i wanted to change the background color of a section in a page. The color setting was accepted and i saved page and previewed nothing changed. I tried the same on many of the other sections and the same thing happen. I reverted back version 5.2.3 and everything worked normally.

My Apologies

After subsequent testing I found that it was not SPPB version 5.2.4. Unfortunately, I am unable to change the subject for this post. The problem is when I used 2 different sessions of the same Joomla site under 2 different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) and made changes to the same SPPB Page. SPPB messed up the changes. To correct the problems i created new section and copied the addons from the old section to the new section and everything seems to work.

Revised Issue:

SPPB should lock the the page when someone is editing so that another person cannot edit the same page in another session. I do see that the page appears to be locked but the lock does not work because another person can still access the page to make changes concurrently.
