Overrides Check Ivesta After Updating To Joomla 4.4.1

After installing Investa quickstart and updating Joomla to Joomla 4.4.1 the following override files have to be checked: /html/com_tags/tag/default.php and /html/com_tags/tag/list.php. Should they be updated or can I mark them as checked?
