I don't understand you respond, it's normal move to learn from books, tutorials or other people. I suggested you that only becuase I noticed that you have lack of basic Joomla knownlegde.

I was a Joomla Teacher for many years and I know that person-person contact helps a lot. This same if you learn playing chess.
