Template Mega Inc Fail

Hi, I've installed the template Mega Inc a few days ago. The installation was successful, but from the administration panel, it is impossible to do anything. I get the message below. It is impossible to publish articles or install modules. Error Message --- Une erreur est survenue 0 Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension extension_id.

Moreover, you are using PHP 8.2 version there. It would be better to downgrade to PHP 8.0 to see if it helps: https://prnt.sc/tsbnCTdvZ7hm

I saw your article thank, But may I suggest that the bug come from another way, why ? Because first, I have other websites that runs well with the same version of SPPB, under PHP 8 and above.
Second, If I downgrade to a lawer version of php, I have immedialety a bug (see screenshos).
