Update Shaper Oneclip Template

Hi,
I'm trying to update the shaper oneclip template from 1.5 to 2.8.
Unfortunately there 's the following error: "Failed to extract file: oneclip_quickstart_j3_v3.0.0.zip".
Can anyone help me, please?
Site parameters:
- joomla version: 3.10.12
- php version: 8.3
- php.ini: memory limit: 1024M (maximum) upload_max_filesize: 300M (maximum)

Please use PHP 8.0 and then check your issue. Onepage template is not compatible with higher version of PHP. I think this is causing your issue.

Accepted AnswerHi, I tried PHP 8.0 but the update doesn't work. I also tried PHP 7.4 but it doesn't work.
